CPS Global School is a leading international school in Chennai that offers Cambridge curriculum and IB Diploma Program for learners aged 3 to 19 years. We are delighted that you are considering applying for it and we aim to make the admissions process as smooth and welcoming as possible.

This introduction is intended to give a basic understanding of the admissions process in our school campuses located at Anna Nagar and Thirumazhisai.

Being responsible for the education of your child entering our doors, we would be glad to discuss how he / she could become an important part of this happening school that is grooming learners for the demands of 21 Century life. Before doing that, check the eligibility requirements:
Early Years 1 ‐ 2 years to be completed by 31 December 2024

For Grades 1 to 9 and 11, the applicant must qualify in the CPS Scholastic Assessment Tool (CPS GS – SAT) and fulfill the norms specified by the school. Students from cross boards such as ICSE / ISC, CBSE, State Board and other international boards may also apply. Our Admissions Office is here to support you. Transition from a different country, state or a local region is always challenging and we have support and expertise on hand to guide you every step of the way. When you are ready to begin and have queries on the application process, reach out to the Admissions Officer of the respective campus here to handhold you in the step-by-step admission process. You can also pre register with the school, if you are keen to seek admission before the online portal opens.
Our Application portal opens in the month of December. You can either procure the CPS Global School online Application here by paying a non-refundable application fee of INR 1000 or collect it in person from the school office. Internal Transfer of Applications across campuses shall not be permitted.
Filled in application form shall be submitted online within three days from the date of procuring. Incomplete form will not be processed. Checklist of Documents to be enclosed during submission of application:

CPS Global School processes applications around the year. The academic session begins in June but we are flexible to accept applications during the school year based on vacancy and admission criteria.
However, applicants who wish to apply during the mid-session of the two years IGCSE / A Levels / IB Diploma Programme are not encouraged as subject choices vary from what was studied in the previous school and what is offered at CPS Global School.
We encourage applicants to apply by 31 April in order to ensure completion of the admissions process in time to start schooling on the first day of the month of June.
Our priority is always to ensure that the admissions process is simple and stress-free for parents and exciting for applicants. This helps us to understand the applicant’s academic ability, approach to problem solving and previous subject knowledge.

After qualifying in the interaction / written assessment, shortlisted applicants will be invited for a personal / online interview before a decision on their application is taken. Admission decisions will be communicated to the parent through an email from the school office.

After confirmation of admission, school fee shall be remitted within three days from the date of acceptance. Fee details can be obtained from the school office. In case of cancellation/withdrawal of admission by the parent for whatever reason may be, the fee paid shall not be refunded.
