Sometimes being a brother is even better than being a superhero.

Bonding between a brother and a sister is simply unique and is beyond description in words. The relationship between siblings is extraordinary and is given importance in every part of the world. However when it comes to India, the relationship becomes all the more important as there is a festival called Raksha Bandhan dedicated for the sibling love.

Raksha Bandhan is celebrated to symbolise the love between a brother and a sister Raksha stands for “protection” and Bandhan signifies “to tie”.

At CPS GS our ELP kids celebrated Raksha Bandhan in a very special manner. They all gathered together virtually to express their love to their siblings. The day geared up with a story which signifies why Raksha Bandhan is celebrated.

And our kids made beautiful Rakhis on their own with the guidance of a teacher.

They were engrossed in making beautiful Rakhi with so much love and passion.

And at last, our little munchkins sang a song for Raksha Bandhan with lot of enthusiasm. It was indeed a lovely day to show their love and care for their siblings.
