The Graduation Ceremony for the ELP-3 class held on April 12, 2024, at CPS Global School Thirumazhisai, was a momentous occasion filled with warmth and celebration, signifying a significant milestone in the journey of our young learners. The event was meticulously crafted with creativity, diligence, and thoughtful planning, making it a truly unforgettable day for the learners and their parents alike. It not only showcased the students’ achievements and growth but also served as a memorable transition as they progress in their educational pursuits.
The presence of distinguished guests, including Prof. Ranganathan J, Honorary Consul General of Myanmar in Chennai, as the chief guest, along with Ms Geetha Surendar and Ms Sreedevi Varakavi, added to the festivities. The ceremony commenced with a prayer song followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, setting a reverent tone. The enchanting rendition of Guru Brahma by the students added cultural richness to the event.
In his address, Prof. Ranganathan J emphasized the importance of early childhood education and commended the graduating class for their accomplishments. He also shared insights into the child-centered curriculum being followed in the school thereby inspiring all present.
Each student was honored with a graduation certificate, symbolizing their successful completion of the early learning program and their entry into Cambridge Primary. The little graduates expressed their joy through a ‘Thank you” song. A highlight of the event was the captivating performance of a scintillating dance and a soulful song by students from ELP1 and 2 showcasing their talents and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
Parents attended in large numbers, brimming with joy and pride as they witnessed their children’s achievements, fostering a supportive environment. The ceremony concluded with a group photograph, capturing the collective pride of students, parents, and educators. Parents expressed gratitude for the partnership with CPS Global School, fostering lifelong learning and curiosity. Overall, the event was a resounding success, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of many more in the future.
