The bond between a mother and her child is one of the most profound connections in nature. A mother serves as the heart of the family, providing unwavering love and support. Her nurturing spirit shapes her children’s lives, instilling essential values and guiding them through various challenges. To honour this special relationship, CPS Global School TMZ recently hosted a heartwarming “Mom and Me” event.
The day began with a warm welcome from our Head of School, emphasizing the importance of motherhood. Excitement filled the atmosphere as mothers and children gathered, eager to engage in a day of fun, creativity, and meaningful connections. Our tiny tots from EY1 expressed their love for their mothers through charming placards, while EY2 children serenaded their moms with the delightful tune of “You Are My Sunshine.” EY3 students joyfully danced to “Meri Pyari Mummy,” adding to the festive spirit.
As the event progressed, mothers showcased their multitasking skills through various games and activities. Participants engaged in a cup-stacking challenge using both hands, while the Colour Mind game tested their visual perception and concentration. A standout moment was the interactive challenge where children tossed balls, and mothers skilfully collected them with baskets, fostering laughter and teamwork among everyone involved.
Creativity shone through as mothers fashioned imaginative outfits for their children using rolls of newspaper. The event culminated in a spirited ramp walk, where mothers proudly showcased their newspaper-clad children. The heartfelt feedback from participating mothers highlighted the laughter, creativity, and cherished moments experienced throughout the day.
The “Mom and Me” event at CPS Global School TMZ truly embodied the spirit of family and community, celebrating the enduring bond between mothers and children. As we reflect on the smiles shared and the joy of the day, we look forward to nurturing and supporting each other in our journey together.
