Eating healthy food and getting the proper amount of exercise and sleep will keep you fit and help it hold up over the long haul.
We at CPS Global School are observing the fitness week, and to educate our learners, CAIE1 conducted a show and tell on the topic “FOOD WE EAT”
Each learner depicted their favourite fruits and vegetables and spoke about the benefits of each.
This gave an opportunity for our learners to learn in a fun filled way, which also educated them the benefits of eating healthy from a young age.
