The aim of physical education is to develop students’ physical and mental well-being and to teach them the importance of regular physical activity and can help students improve their physical fitness, develop healthy habits, and learn skills that can be applied to various activities. As a part of it our EY-1 Kids had various pattern of interdisciplinary games where taking turns in completing a set distance or task. It is a fun and healthy activity that promotes teamwork and physical fitness. Physical education is one class that truly helps your child get stronger, more coordinated, and focused by building cognitive and motor skills. The skills learned during the class like running, stretching, catching and throwing are the building blocks for the all-around development of the child.
