“Music expresses that which cannot be put into words”.

 – Victor Hugo

‘Sing Along’ is a ritual followed by the ELP section at CPS Global School, Thirumazhisai.

Music brings us joy always! It is beyond languages & cultures and holds a great place in everyone’s heart. Music ignites all areas of child development and skills. That is why we, at CPSGS always give importance to music right from the early years.

Our ELP children are taught various songs from all genres all through the academic year. They have been very enthusiastic in learning a variety of songs. And finally, it was their musical day – ‘Sing along’, where all the little munchkins showed their musical talent. The event commenced with our ELP prayer followed by God’s love song. Children sang various songs with their mellifluous voices. Everyone was astonished to witness the scintillating performances by the kiddos. Songs sung by the little ones covered almost all different genres of music. Enthusiastic parents couldn’t stop themselves from joining their wards in singing along with them. Some of their beautiful rendition enhanced in building up the tempo. The show stopper of the event was the Mallet’s rhythm by our little musician Wooju Shin. The cute sister duo (Sara and Laura) hit it big with the rhythmic melody, ‘Light a candle for peace’. Thus the amazing musical day at CPSGS Thirumazhisai ended on a positive note “Let us all pray for world peace”…
