Three students from CPS Global School, Thirumazhisai proudly represented the school at the World Scholar’s Cup Global Round 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, competing in the Senior Division under this year’s theme, “Are We There Yet?”
The team—Nandana R Roy, Taneesha Sai Uttam Kumar Singh, and Bhavana Priya Linoth Venkatesh—delivered an outstanding performance, bringing home a remarkable 31 medals across various categories, including 16 Gold and 15 Silver medals. Individually, Nandana R Roy earned 9 medals, Taneesha Sai Uttam Kumar Singh secured 14 medals, and Bhavana Priya Linoth Venkatesh won 8 medals.
Beyond the competition, the Global Round was an enriching experience that celebrated curiosity, collaboration, and cultural diversity. Scholars had the opportunity to exchange ideas, engage with participants from around the world, and build meaningful international friendships while developing critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. The event was a memorable journey of learning that truly embodied the spirit of the World Scholar’s Cup.
