Our Young entrepreneurs – Striking business pitch competition winners
Our vibrant young minds were announced as the title winners of the business pitch competition 2022- 2023 organised by University of Queensland – Faculty of Business Administration. Their inclusive idea to support and boost the local economy was applauded by the judges. And as a token of appreciation, the QLab Ventures discovery program organisers decided to award this team with an IPad each.
On 15th February 2023, Mr. Ashwin Sreekumar, representative of University of Queensland (South Asia) , an alumni and chair of the University of Queensland network in India visited and gave the most awaited prizes to our team of Students. He delivered a brief orientation about the University of Queensland and appreciated the efforts of the team. He also addressed our IGCSE and AS students queries on planning their future studies abroad. Having lived in Australia for over 16 years and his journey as an International student at UQ to becoming an Australian Citizen allowed him to guide and mentor students from first hand experience.
