Puppets offer children an opportunity for role-playing that allows them to explore new personalities, and ideas and develop their imagination. Puppets can increase children’s communication and social skills by providing structured opportunities to interact. As a part of it our EY children geared up with play with puppet for this month to the topic for ‘social skills’ by doing puppet, through stories and emphasised how to be kind & friendly with everyone. Children who have social skills can communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully. The right set of social skills will make it easier for a child to make friends, share with their classmates, and cooperate in social environments. Well-developed social skills also lead to improved cognitive abilities and better mental health.
