No language class can begin without knowing the differentiation between Fiction and Nonfiction. These two are the basis of all the texts that the students encounter in their learning years!
CAIE 5 was part of one such activity where an array of books were placed before them and they had to identify the type of the genre only by looking at the Cover page and Synopsis. It was a fun based learning activity where students tried to figure out the type.
At the end of the session, our students eventually learned how to differentiate between the two vital types of text in the English Language.
