The celebration began with an engaging PPT on the Importance of Harvesting, shedding light on the significance of Pongal and other harvest festivals across India. It reminded us all of the invaluable role farmers play in our lives, cultivating gratitude and respect for their tireless efforts.
This was followed by the Integrity Dance, a lively performance that celebrated the diversity of our nation. Students showcased the traditions of Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Assam, and Maharashtra, demonstrating the unity that binds India’s rich cultural heritage.
A thought-provoking skit, “The Farmer’s Tale,” took the audience on a journey into the lives of farmers, highlighting their resilience, dedication, and their crucial contribution to society.
