Our CIE 5 students embarked on an exciting field trip to the Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Park in Kotturpuram, where science and history truly came alive.
At the Science Park, towering models of launch vehicles and interactive exhibits provided a hands-on experience, making complex scientific principles more tangible—all within the refreshing setting of the great outdoors. The Evolution Park offered a journey through time, as students walked among life-sized dinosaur models that vividly depicted the incredible story of evolution, leading up to the emergence of modern humans. One of the standout experiences was the Heart Museum, where students marveled at the wonders of comparative anatomy. The meticulously preserved hearts from various animals offered a fascinating glimpse into the evolution of life and the intricate design of the heart.
This field trip was much more than just an outing; it was an educational adventure that sparked curiosity and deepened the students’ love for learning. They were excited to see the real-world applications of the concepts they’ve been studying in class, effectively bridging the gap between their academic lessons and the captivating world around them.
