The students of CAIE 5 this week were divided into various groups to come up with a model plan of a Youth Detention Centre. They were asked to propose a plan to the government on how they would plan, procure and establish these centres for the betterment of the juvenile criminals.
Students came out with various models and ideas to make a purposeful centre to help the young minds. It was a great show to see how our students at such a naive age are able to understand issues at the grassroot levels. Every member of the team had roles defined like for research, planning, execution, finance etc.
Through projects and activities like these, our young learners are challenged with real age problems which aids in the holistic development of our students. Team Work truly helps our learners to come out of their nutshell and fly out with wonderful colours.
If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.
