Four suspects. Unsolvable clues. One crime scene. On Monday the 8th of November, we at CPS Global School had our SEEDS Club session for our Law Society wing, headed by Sree Harini (A Level) and Arham (AS Level). Our Secretaries for the club really went an extra mile to set up a fake crime scene with a body outline, clues such as flight tickets and restaurant take outs with thumbprints all over it, and a great storyline. All students, excited and squealing, were separated into groups of six, and each group took turns to examine the crime scene and accuse a suspect. The aim of this activity was to mimic a court scene, with each group formulating arguments as to which is the correct accused. This layout and activity being extremely captivating also had a great ending.
All in all it was an exuberant session, where students got to practically learn how to contrive and present court arguments.
