The first day of school is always an exhilarating start filled with anticipation and excitement. It’s a time when students, teachers, and staff come together to embark on a fresh journey of learning, growth, and discovery. One of the highlights of this momentous day is the special assembly organized by the teachers to welcome their darling kids and set the tone for the year ahead.
Students were gathered in the MPH and were filled with eager faces, from wide-eyed middle school learners to confident seniors, all excited to begin the new academic year. To kick-start the assembly, our teachers had planned a series of interactive activities to engage and energize the students. These activities were designed to break the ice and create a comfortable atmosphere for students to connect with their peers and feel a part of the larger school community.
Adding an artistic flair to the assembly, a group of teachers filled the air with melodious tunes, while the puppet shows and dance enthralled the audience with their energetic routines and captivating performances.
Later that day, our students had valuable interaction with their classmates and teachers to concoct the essential agreements for this academic year. Icebreaker games and team-building exercises allowed students to get to know one another, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship right from the start. These activities uplifted the spirits of the students for great start to the academic year.
