Tessellations Mathematics in Art @ CPS GS, ANN

“Attention to possibilities leads to intention for possibilities, which equals creativity.”

Pattern play is a powerful tool to build both analytical and creative thinking skills.

There is a special name for these kinds of patterns – tessellations! These are patterns of geometric shapes that repeat with no gaps or overlap.

Our students of CAIE 4A enjoyed hands-on practice in creating their own tessellations which helped them to be more creative and analytical in approach and developed their problem-solving skills.
