On November 12th, IBDP YEar 1 students from CPS Global School participated in the second round of the Times NIE Vista Competition at the Anna Centenary Library. Organized by Times NIE in collaboration with Vellore International School, this round featured 50 teams presenting innovative solutions to real-world challenges, with evaluations conducted by a panel of three experts.
CPS Global School students showcased remarkable innovation and originality through their proposal to engineer a genetically modified microorganism for plastic waste degradation. This solution highlighted their commitment to addressing global environmental concerns like plastic pollution.
