SENSE OF TOUCH @ CPS GS, ANN

Written by cpsglobalblog

Sense of touch allows us to detect, identify & amp; distinguish

among the properties of an object around us.

Children of class EY2 were taught on this topic where

children were so excited to experience and feel the sense of

touch on the materials provided and identify them

accordingly. They also understood that skin is the sense of

organ responsible for touch.

They were so keen to lay their curious hands on the material

provided to them to explore various textures.

The materials provided were cotton, feather, bubble wrap,

soft paper, pasta, crushed paper which helped them to

feel different textures like soft, hard, rough, smooth.
