Community is a group of people living or working together in the same area. It is a bigger class room for a child…where he/she learns more of the practical lessons which will help them to mould themselves into better human beings. A sense of belonging to the school, class, friends, and classmates is very important for one to encourage team building activities among the children, where they can share their ideas and listen to their peers sensitively. In this process children of EY 2 explored their community through communicating with different people in the school and taking pictures with them. Children were able to understand the contributions these people do to make their community a better working place and their roles in this community.
