Students of grade 6 with prior knowledge on the Parts and functioning of the Microscopes have now delved into observing cells. To begin with they observed the structure and arrangement of cells in Onion tissue. Observation is a key skill and to learn this, students were actively involved in focussing the lenses to capture a good view under the varied magnification lenses. The students were in awe to see the cell structure and to identify the cell wall, nucleus and the beauty of the arrangement of the cells.
