Meditation is a practice of focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again. It helps to calm the mind and enhance overall well-being. Meditation Improves attention and behavior. It can strengthen areas of your brain responsible for memory, concentration, learning, and self-awareness.

Our EY-3 students conclude the day by reflecting on the daily activities we have completed for the day, followed by meditation to experience the benefits. A soothing piece of music is played to help the student’s mind and body relax, they gently close their eyes as they visualize what they have learned for the day and end their school day on a positive note.
