Our CIE 1 graders recently explored the exciting world of forces with a fun activity in the school play area. This time, they learned about pushing force by playing with balls in groups.
With enthusiasm, the students gathered in teams and began their activity. Each group was given a ball and challenged to push it across. They discovered that pushing the ball made it roll, and the harder they pushed, the farther it went!
This hands-on activity helped the students understand that a pushing force can make objects move. It was a fun and interactive way for them to experience the basics of forces and see how science works in everyday play. The students enjoyed discovering the power of pushing and had a great time learning through play!
