This December was definitely one to remember, with a myriad of activities ranging from Zenith, our Annual extravaganza to International Math day. The Christmas vibes could be felt in the decked up classrooms, the twinkling lights, in the resonating carols along with the students and teachers dressed up in Christmas colours. The students of CAIE 6 and IBYR1 put forth a merry assembly to wind up the year. In keeping up with the festive spirit, CAIE 6 students were dressed as X- Mas characters – Reindeers, snowmen, angels, elves, Mrs and Mr Santa. The school prayer was followed by a Christmas thought and the News. The significance of Christmas was elaborated in Korean with its English translation. After which there a Christmas Quiz for the entire school. What’s Christmas without the carols? We had the IBYR1 students adding on to the Christmas cheer with their joyful canticle. The melodious carols by the teachers had the whole school joining in the singing. The students broke into a frenzy as Santa came dancing in a jig. Students of IBYR1 were awarded certificates of recognition for being a part of Addiction Prevention Workshop, Young Indians Chennai chapter. We look back at the year that was, full of memories, learning and fun. Hoping the year 2023 will usher in lots of hope and happiness to all our students.
