“The festival season engages the whole world in a conspiracy of Love”
India is a land of vibrant cultures and colorful festivals. Each festival brings people together, spreading joy and creating memories. Pongal, a harvest festival celebrated in Tamil Nadu, holds a special place among these celebrations. Pongal is a festival dedicated to thanking the Sun, Mother Nature, and farmers for a bountiful harvest. Our CIE 3 students made the festivities even brighter by designing beautiful greeting cards to send wishes to their friends. This greeting card activity helped the CIE 3 students understand that festivals are about more than customs; they’re about love, togetherness, and gratitude. As the young creators proudly shared their cards, the classroom sparkled with the true spirit of Pongal – unity and celebration.
