The recent cultural extravaganzas, “Impulse 2023” and “Wisteria,” hosted by Chennai Public School, Anna Nagar and Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai respectively have once again illuminated the remarkable talents of CPS Global School, TMZ students, highlighting their exceptional capabilities beyond the classroom.
At Chennai Public School, Anna Nagar, “Impulse 2023” was a dynamic showcase of the students’ multifaceted talents. In the “Deep Sea Disclosure” debate competition, where students had to engage in on-the-spot debates, Harpith and Harpita of IB 2, along with Harish of IB 1, emerged as winners. Their ability to articulate thoughts persuasively showcased their quick thinking and eloquence.
Another impressive victory came in the form of “Marine Mayhem,” where students faced a sea of challenges, metaphorically speaking, and excelled. Vamsi and Aditya of IB 2 secured the top position, exemplifying teamwork, determination, and problem-solving skills. The Futsal team demonstrated a flamboyant display of grit and sportsmanship, giving stiff competition to their opponents. Furthermore, Tanya of IG 2 impressed the audience with her riveting dance performance.
At Wisteria, students also soared to great heights. In the “Crypto Coinage” competition, Harish Manuel of IB 1, along with Ashwin and Tharun Karthick of IG 1, secured the second place, showcasing their expertise in the world of cryptocurrencies. The Girls’ basketball team reached the semi-finals in a determined fashion leaving the spectators in awe of their splendid performance. Vishal of IB 1 was recognized for his creative genius, winning “Creation at the Core.” Moreover, Chaw Su received a special mention in the competitive event “Divert or Die,” showcasing her exceptional abilities.
