The learners of CIE 4B creatively constructed a food pyramid by designing tiered shelves to systematically arrange various food categories, including carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals, fats, and water.
They thoughtfully positioned each category based on its significance in a balanced diet. Through this engaging activity, the learners grasped the importance of prioritizing the consumption of foods occupying the largest sections of the pyramid, while understanding the need to limit the intake of foods positioned at the narrower top tiers.
