Astronomy Day was a thrilling journey into space exploration! Students became young astronomers and astronauts, engaging in interactive activities like experiencing weight on different planets, launching rockets, and conducting hands-on experiments.They participated in a planet ring toss challenge, explored gravity across planets, and examined telescope components. Students also faced astronaut-inspired physical and mental challenges, built stomp rockets, and created models of the Curiosity Rover and Moon Buggy.
The event featured solar observations with special filters, a look at Jantar Mantar’s ancient astronomy, and a surprise rocket launch. Space-themed tattoos added extra fun to the day.Students received certificates for their participation in astronomy club activities, marking their journey into space science. Astronomy Day was a perfect mix of education, excitement, and hands-on learning, sparking curiosity for future space explorers!
