Sublimation as a function of Diffusion @ CPS GS, ANN

Written by cpsglobalblog

“Knowledge is never used up, it increases by diffusion, and grows by dispersion”.

Students of IGYR 1 learnt that Sublimation is an example of a “green chemistry” technique, as no solvents are used and no waste is generated. Through demonstration the learners learnt that brown gas is liberated when Lead nitrate is decomposed. Learners also had a sneak peek on how heating influences the rate of diffusion. An excellent end to the demonstration was the learners was asked to write a Lab report on understanding of the concept.
