“Halloween wraps fear in innocence, as though it were slightly sour sweet. Let terror, then, be turned into a treat”

It is that time of the year when the bright cheery summer gives way to dark cold winter. Active involvement in Halloween celebrations has helped our EY kiddos strengthen their emotional and social skills and has also made them aware of this global culture. The EY segment had an ogreish feel as the little witches, zombies, ghosts, goblins, vampires and Draculas came by the dozen. This has lifted up their thinking and imaginative skills. The specially architected scary and spooky room with a sinister ‘ghost’ wandering aimlessly had the little ones screaming with fear and excitement. The students had their spine chilling moments as the spooky lights flickered on and off in the scary room. This participation has helped in the development of feelings and building self-esteem.That was one of a kind nerve-wracking celebration. The werewolves were howling as the moon turns red and it’s time to sign off.

The Happy Halloween!!
