Sorting of cvc words @ CPSGS ANN

Written by cpsglobalblog

The Consonant-Vowel-Consonant (CVC) Word Sorting activity is designed to help students improve their early literacy abilities. This interactive, hands-on activity aims to improve children’s phonics skills and reading readiness by teaching them to recognize and differentiate between various CVC words. Students will improve their word segmentation, letter-sound recognition, and vocabulary through participation in this activity.

Today, our EY3 students worked on sorting the CV words by the blends of their sounds. This enhanced their understanding of word families and phonics. They get to have fun while learning and improve their language skills at the same time.
