In a recent hands-on activity, our CIE 1 students explored various ways to represent numbers from 1 to 100. They used concrete objects like blocks, place values, and visual patterns to deepen their understanding of numerical concepts.
Working in groups, children constructed towers corresponding to the numbers on their number cards. This collaborative approach not only made learning about place value engaging and accessible but also allowed the young learners to enjoy mathematics in a fun and interactive manner.
