The session was engrossed with an interaction between the students of the middle segment and Dr. Shrilekha Venkatesan, Head of Medical Services and Quality, Billroth Hospital, and CEO Hestia Health Care, about the significance of holistic health, which encompasses both physical and mental aspects of well-being.
Students from CAIE 6 to 8 embraced this opportunity to widen their circle of knowledge of practical strategies for achieving a harmonious balance between physical and mental well-being.
