Estimating Protein Concentration in Milk: Today’s Biology Practical Lesson @ CPS Global School, Anna Nagar

Written by cpsglobalblog

Today, our biology students engaged in an exciting and hands-on lab activity where they estimated the protein concentration in milk. This experiment was a fantastic opportunity for them to apply their theoretical knowledge to a real-world scenario, enhancing their understanding of the biochemical significance of proteins in food science.

Using various biochemical techniques, the students measured the protein levels in milk samples, observing first-hand how these essential nutrients contribute to food products like cheese. The process not only solidified their grasp of the subject matter but also equipped them with practical laboratory skills essential for future scientific endeavours.

The classroom buzzed with enthusiasm as students carefully conducted their experiments, recorded data, and analysed their findings. Their curiosity and dedication were evident in every step of the process. We captured some wonderful moments from the lesson.

Stay tuned for a gallery of our students in action, showcasing their journey into the world of biology and food science!
