“Blooming Knowledge: Exploring Flower Anatomy through Dissection” @ CPS Global School, Anna Nagar

Written by cpsglobalblog

“Every flower blooms in its own time.”

The students of CIE 4C showcased their comprehension of flower anatomy by analyzing and dissecting floral parts on A4 sheets.

Their expertise was particularly evident as they identified the male and female reproductive structures, such as the stamen and pistil, and classified the flowers as unisexual or bisexual. The children thoroughly enjoyed this activity, exploring a variety of flowers. This experience paves the way for their understanding of the processes of pollination and fertilization in flowers.
