In every democratic institution, the power of voting is not just a right but a responsibility. At CPS Global School, Anna Nagar, this responsibility manifests itself through the Student Election Council, where students have the chance to elect their representatives who will voice their interests and concerns throughout the academic year. Today marks a pivotal moment as we gather to participate in the school’s Vote Casting Day, a celebration of democracy in action.
On this Vote Casting Day, a lot of excitement could be seen in the campus. Right from CIE 6th to A and IB levels, the students displayed palpable enthusiasm as they were prepared to cast their votes. They were well-informed about the voting procedures and guidelines, ensuring a smooth and fair election process. They were ecstatic to get their index finger inked. At the same time, they were curious to know the result.
