We at CPS Global School, believe that education is about more than just academics; it’s about making a real impact in our community. A reminder of the crowdfunding our Lower Secondary students were involved in for a full three months this academic year met its success when our students together were able to provide “Back to school kits” to the underprivileged students of the Panchayat Union Primary School.
The fruits of the efforts our young learners took to pitch the idea of the Green Sole project to their community, friends, and family to fund the back-to-school kits came to life on witnessing the first-hand difference they made to these students.
By directly participating in the distribution of bags, stationery, and other school supplies, our students gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by students who are less privileged.
This gave them the chance to meet the recipients, interact with them, and see how the donations made an impact. Thus, they understood the value of giving back to their community and the tangible impact of their efforts. It was an unforgettable experience that reinforced the importance of education and the power of collective action.
