Opinions aren’t’ facts; stop worrying about what people think about you!
In a world flooded with information, the ability to distinguish between facts and opinions is a skill that empowers you to navigate through the noise with clarity and confidence.
CAIE 5 students engrossed themselves in a team activity where they were given a set of statements and they had to sort themselves out if they were a Fact or an Opinion! It was a fun activity but left a great impact on their learning.
By understanding the fundamental differences and employing critical thinking, you can make more informed decisions, engage in meaningful conversations, and contribute to a more informed and balanced society. So, as you encounter information in various forms, remember to pause, analyze, and discern before accepting it as truth.
