Online Literacy Engagement @ CPSGS ANN

Written by cpsglobalblog

Teaching children how to read vowel words introduces blending and segmenting with letters. These two skills are needed as they progress with more complex words and patterns. It’s important to show the learners how each letter makes its sound so they are able to blend them together quickly and recognize the pattern. Vowel words are simple three-letter words that are perfect for early readers. They provide a great foundation for building reading skills in children. One fun way to practice reading vowel words is through online games. Today our children dived in to the world of phonics and 3 letter words. These games allow children to slide and read the words, making it an interactive and engaging learning experience. They dragged each letter by saying the sounds, and fitted them all together to read the words.  With consistent practice and determination, our kiddos will soon become reading champs!
