“Exploration is the wonderful way to open our eyes to the world and to truly see that impossible is just a word”
Our CIE 3 students had an exciting time exploring the globe and learning about the world in a fun and interactive way! They eagerly spun the globe, identifying the seven continents and the vast oceans that cover our planet. As they observed the markings on the globe, they discovered the latitudes and longitudes—imaginary lines that help us locate places and understand time zones. The students also traced country borders, learning how different nations are separated.
To make the activity even more exciting, they followed routes on the globe to see how people travel by air and sea. They also explored the legend (key), which helped them understand the symbols and colors representing mountains, rivers, and cities. By the end of the activity, our young explorers had a better understanding of how the world is connected. It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience that sparked their curiosity about geography and travel!
