On February 28th, 2025, students of the Finance Club at CPS Global School, Thirumazhisai Chennai, played a pivotal role in the “Kalakrithi” art exhibition, a fundraising initiative. Collaborating with the Eco Club, the Finance Club focused on maximizing the impact of the Eco Club’s product sales.
Students began by deeply understanding the Eco Club’s products and their fundraising goals. They facilitated discussions on product naming and personalized branding, ensuring each item had a unique identity. IG YR1 Finance Club members then took charge of designing, editing, and finalizing product labels.
Furthermore, the Finance Club developed targeted marketing and advertising strategies, tailoring them to the Eco Club’s specific needs. The event provided students with invaluable experience in teamwork and practical financial applications, all while contributing to a worthy cause.
Beyond Kalakrithi, the Finance Club consistently explores diverse aspects of finance, from personal to public and social Finance Management and its functions, providing theories to understand economic behaviours.
