Synergia was born out of a simple but powerful vision to create opportunity where learning meets expression. It was conceived with two core objectives: to give students in the senior segment meaningful exposure to event management; and to provide a platform that nurtures spontaneity, wit and confidence, helping students build the creativity they will carry into the future.
To ensure that participants stepped in prepared, Synergia featured a series of workshops in the week leading up to the event. Senior students with experience and merit in each category led these sessions, explaining the format, structure and expectations of every competition. With practice rounds and demonstrations, students learned how to think on their feet, build stage presence and manage challenging situations. These workshops turned Synergia into a space for learning as much as performance. Synergia 2025 included five events. Block and Tackle, Shipwreck, Stress Interview and Lawyers Up were the flagged individual competitions, while the IPL Auction was an unflagged team event that rewarded strategy and coordination. Each event captured a different dimension of intellect and expression. Participants argued, adapted, persuaded and entertained, discovering new strengths along the way.
Synergia 2025 was not just an event. It was a reflection of what teamwork, passion and belief can create. It brought together ideas, laughter and growth, and stands as a celebration of every student who helped make it real.
