This week, our young learners got creative with the “Neighbourhood Needs Wheel” — a fun and thoughtful way to explore what makes a neighbourhood great!
In one half of the wheel, they drew places every neighbourhood should have — like a park to play, school to learn, shop to buy, and clinic to care.
In the other half, they added ways to be good neighbours — helping, sharing, being polite, and inviting others.
With bright colours and big ideas, children shared:
“I added a park because it brings people together!”
“Being kind to neighbours makes them smile!”
A simple wheel, but full of heart — teaching that strong neighbourhoods start with caring people!
