Riding into Tomorrow: Students’ Journey into the Future of Mobility at TI Clean Mobility Pvt. Ltd. @ CPS Global School, Anna Nagar

Written by cpsglobalblog

On the crisp morning of August, a group of curious students stepped into the sprawling campus of TI Clean Mobility Private Limited—a place where the future of transportation was not just imagined, but built piece by piece. The air buzzed with the quiet hum of electric motors and the promise of innovation. The future managers are about to peek into a world where vehicles run cleaner, quieter, and smarter.

Their journey began at the assembly section, where metal met purpose. Here, the skeletal frames of electric vehicles started to take shape. Bolts tightened, circuits connected, and each part found its destined place—like an orchestra tuning up for a grand performance. Next came the body shop, where raw frames transformed into solid, streamlined shells. The air was alive with the rhythm of machines shaping the backbone of tomorrow’s rides.

Before these bodies could shine and speed on the road, they had to be flawless. In the cleaning stages, every speck of dust and grease was removed. Students watched with awe as massive systems worked tirelessly to prepare the surface for perfection. One of the most mesmerizing moments came at the dip painting stage. Vehicle bodies were lowered into pools of protective coating, ensuring even the tiniest corner was covered. From there, the vehicles rolled into drying chambers, where heat sealed the promise of durability.

In the robotic painting zone, students stared  at the mechanical arms with fascination ,as they moved with the grace of dancers, spraying smooth coats of paint with absolute precision. Finally, the nearly finished EVs underwent rigorous scrutiny in the quality inspection area. Only the perfect ones rolled out to meet the world.

A special session with the company’s experts helped students draw and compare electric vehicles and fuel-run vehicles: The conclusion was clear—the future isn’t just electric; it’s sustainable, smart, and inevitable.
