During our recent Tamil classes in CIE 1, learners enthusiastically explored the topic “Animals.” They learned to differentiate between wild and domestic animals, along with their habits, sounds, and food preferences. The session was interactive and filled with joyful learning.
To enhance engagement, learners wore animal masks and imitated the sounds and movements of various animals. This hands-on activity helped them better understand animal behaviour. The classroom came alive with roars, barks, and moos, creating an exciting and immersive environment.
Each learner confidently performed in front of peers, expressing themselves creatively. The activity also nurtured communication and social skills, encouraging participation and collaboration. The mask activity sparked imagination and curiosity, with every learner participating wholeheartedly.
The learning objectives were successfully met, making it a fun-filled and educational experience for all.
