The Investiture Ceremony at CPS Global School was a stirring and memorable occasion. This proud moment celebrated the rise of young leaders poised to take on responsibility and inspire change. The air was electric with anticipation as students, parents, and teachers gathered to witness the formal induction of the newly elected Student Council for the 2025–26 academic year.
With heads held high and eyes shining with purpose, the council members stepped forward to receive their sashes and badges. Each sash symbolised not just a title, but a promise — a promise to lead with integrity, dedication, and compassion.
The highlight of the morning was an inspiring address by our distinguished Chief Guest, Colonel Sanjay Pandey. With the quiet authority of lived experience, he reminded the audience that “every failure teaches you what you can amend and do better.” His powerful message struck a chord as he spoke about the true essence of leadership — the courage to shoulder failures and the humility to share success. His words also served as a beacon of encouragement to those who were not selected this time, reinforcing the enduring value of perseverance and hard work.
The heart of the ceremony was undoubtedly found in the speeches delivered by our newly appointed Head Girl, Kushdeep Kaur Basra; Junior Head Girl, Aadhya Parachur; Head Boy, Nihal Sagar; and Junior Head Boy, Muhammed Zayyan Yousuf. With poise and sincerity, they shared words of gratitude and unveiled their vision for the year ahead.
It was heartening to witness the student body honour the spirit of the event, cheering their peers with grace and maturity. Their response reflected a shared sense of pride and a deep understanding of what it means to uplift others while upholding the dignity of the occasion.
