Our little learners at CPSGS TMZ had a fun-filled day engaging in exciting strengthening activities that boosted their balance, flexibility, and coordination. From jumping in and out of the hula hoop to lifting the hoop up and down, each move kept them active and energized.
The children also tried sit-and-stand exercises while lifting the hoop, which helped build their core strength. Another highlight was when they practiced balancing by keeping one leg inside the hoop and bending forward, a playful way to improve focus and stability. Truly, every jump, lift, and bend was a step towards a healthier and stronger self!
These playful yet purposeful activities not only supported muscle strength and flexibility but also boosted the children’s confidence and enthusiasm for active play. It was wonderful to see their smiling faces as they explored new ways to move and grow stronger together.
