Day 3:
“When leaders are asked tough questions, they don’t just answer—they reveal who they are.”
Perhaps the most defining moment of the election journey, the panel interviews invited our aspiring student leaders into a space of reflection, articulation, and self-discovery.
One by one, candidates stepped into the room where a panel of faculty members awaited—not to judge, but to listen. Each question was an invitation to think deeply: Why do you want to lead? What does service mean to you? How will you handle challenges?
The room became a crucible for growth. There were moments of clarity, moments of uncertainty, and moments of revelation. For some, it was a first experience with formal interviews. For others, it was an affirmation of everything they had worked toward.
But more than anything, these interviews allowed students to reveal their inner compass—their principles, passions, and unique perspectives. It wasn’t about the perfect answer; it was about authenticity and vision.
What emerged was a portrait of diverse leadership: introverts with big ideas, extroverts with boundless energy, and quiet strategists who spoke with impact. It was a celebration of the many ways leadership can look—and lead.
