On 26th June 2025, CPS Global School, Thirumazhisai, hosted an engaging Erudite Talk session for its IG and IBDP students. The session, led by representatives from Masters’ Union, provided an insightful glimpse into the dynamic world of entrepreneurship and its growing relevance in today’s fast-evolving world.
The goal of the session was to introduce students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship—who an entrepreneur is, why entrepreneurship matters, and how young minds can develop an entrepreneurial mindset. The speakers emphasized that entrepreneurs are not just business owners, but innovators who create value through creative solutions and calculated risk-taking.
A standout feature of the session was Masters’ Union’s distinctive approach to education, which sets it apart from traditional learning models. Rather than relying on rote memorization, the institution encourages a “learn by doing” philosophy. Through immersive experiences such as hands-on learning, simulations, and real-world projects, students build practical business acumen and problem-solving skills. They also offer specialized programs in Data Science, Business, Finance, and Marketing, allowing students to explore diverse areas within the entrepreneurial space.
The session left a lasting impact on the students—not only by introducing them to the entrepreneurial world but also by cultivating essential qualities like creativity, leadership, and experiential learning. It inspired thoughtful reflection, motivating students to view challenges as opportunities and begin seeing themselves as future innovators and change-makers.
