A Walk Through History: Field Trip to Victoria Hall, Chennai @ CPS Global School, Anna Nagar

Written by cpsglobalblog

Our learners recently went on an enriching field trip to Victoria Hall, Chennai, a heritage building that stands as a reminder of the city’s rich colonial history. As they walked through the grand structure, students observed the architecture, design, and historical elements that reflect Chennai’s past.

The visit helped learners connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. They discussed how historical buildings are preserved, why heritage matters, and how the past influences the present. The trip also encouraged curiosity, observation, and thoughtful questioning.

Overall, the visit to Victoria Hall was a meaningful learning experience that deepened our students’ understanding of history, culture, and civic responsibility, making learning both engaging and memorable.
